Return & Refund Policies

General Policies:

  • Please note that working hours: 9am to 5pm Mondays to Fridays. Saturdays and Sundays are off. (We are closed during public holidays). 
  • If you have an issue with a product you received, you should email us or call us to be able to inform our courier to come pickup for us to inspect it and deliver it to our warehouse. If you want to mail it yourself, this is also possible, we will provide the exact address upon request.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive credit for a returned item, the cost of returning/shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will always inform you with the shipping company tracking code to be able to track your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you. 

 
RETURNS: 

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a product exchange or store credit. Even if there was a product defect. Customers are required to review and inspect their orders and check everything before the 14 days elapses. 

To be eligible for store credit for your returned item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. IT MUST FOLLOW OUR REFUND POLICIES OUTLINED BELOW AND IS WITHIN THE 14 DAYS INSPECTION PERIOD.

REFUNDS (STORE CREIDT ONLY):

  1. Refunds are available through store credit only
  2. Refunds are not possible after 14 days from delivering your order. 
  3. We don't issue store-credit if customer was unaware of a specific measurements or details of the product. Product details and description is clearly written on our website. 
  4. Please note that colors do have a variation. As per the disclaimer we have on our product description, there are variations from phone/computer screens and the actual product. Store-credit requests for product color variations will not be accepted. 
  5. Customized products are non-refundable. As you know, our products are made to order. If you have requested a specific design, name or production details, unfortunately we will not be able to issue you store-credit. If you have received a faulty product, we will do every effort to make it right for you but refunds/store-credit are not available for customized products. 
  6. Please note that deposits made are non-refundable. If you made a deposit for a customized order and decided to cancel the order before receiving it, your refund request will not be processed. 
  7. If you received a faulty product, please read below in regards to this specific case. 
  8. Wallpaper orders have specific policies, please check the outlined policies below.


To return a product in exchange for store credit, please follow the below:

If you are eligible for returning your product in exchange for store credit, please follow the below steps:

  1. Contact us via email: Sales@LittleBlessings.uk or call or via WhatsApp directly on: +1.214.218.5217
  2. Give us your order number, and the reason for return (has to be within 14 days).
  3. We will send you our courier to pickup your returned item(s).
  4. We will inspect the returned item, and once your return is accepted, we will inform you accordingly.
  5. We will issue you store-credit (to be used anytime at Little Blessings website) with the total amount for the returned items minus the shipping costs (Delivery and pickup shipping costs).
  6. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned items. If you are approved, then your store-credit will be processed accordingly. You will receive an email with the store credit amount along with SMS, text message and Whatsapp confirmation messages.  

Faulty or Damaged Products:

  • If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, Little Blessings will make every effort to replace the faulty product with a new one. Any refunds for such faulty products would be issued ONLY if Little Blessings can't replace the original product that the customer ordered.
  • Any payments made via your credit card, the refund will be issued to you as a refund on your card. 
  • Any refund amounts will be sent to the customer minus the shipping (delivery and order pickup).
  • Again, refunds will ONLY be issued if Little Blessings can't re-produce the faulty item (Faulty item examples: broken lighting units or lamps) and has to be within 14 days inspection period. If 14 days have passed by after your order delivery, you lose the right for any returns, refunds or product exchanges. 


Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned for the damaged or faulty items only.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed & emailed to you minus the shipping and pickup fees.

 

WALLPAPER RETURN / REFUND POLICIES:

  • Your wallpaper is made to order, and all wallpaper orders are customized to each client's request (design, size or any other details requested within the production). 
  • We do every effort to produce the wallpaper as per your request, please note that colors might vary from computer or phone screens to real life. This is normal because printing on wallpaper material does differ from computer/phone screens. 
  • As for the wallpaper measurements, please note that you are 100% responsible for the exact measurements you supply us. Taking measurements is an easy process. You give us the height and width of each wall you want to do. 


Wallpaper Installation:

  • We don't provide wallpaper installation service. 


Incase of a faulty or wrong Wallpaper:

  • In rare occasions, there might be a wrong design sent to you or a faulty product. We take full responsibility for this, and we will re-do the order for you.
  • If this happens, please reach out to us immediately and we will make it up for you. It has to be within 14 days from product delivery. If those 14 days have elapsed and you have not reported the issue, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a replacement or store credit. 
  • Incase you don't want the wallpaper anymore while there was a design or faulty product issue, you are eligible for store credit. We will give you the amount paid for the wallpaper as store credit to use or transfer to any of your friends or family members to use at our online store.
  • Store credit is not-refundable or exchangeable with cash, only to be used to buy other products within Little Blessings online store.
  • Incase you have decided that you don't want the wallpaper anymore and there is no any faulty issues with it, unfortunately we are not able to refund you or issue you store credit. As you know, this wallpaper was done specifically for you with the designs and sizing you have requested. 

 

Failing to Pay Customs or Fees on your order:

Any orders or part-of-your-orders that you have failed to pay customs, taxes or VAT once the shipping company reaches to you - we can not do anything about it. Customers are 100% responsible for their customs or charges applied by your country. If you fail to pay that, the order will be destroyed by the courier company. You will not get a refund for your order nor your order (actual package) if you do not pay for such charges, fees, VAT, taxes or customs. Those fees and charges are not related to shipping - those are fees applied by your cross-boarder / country / county / city. No refunds or re-production will be done to your order if you fail to pay for such mentioned fees.
